Boldenone for Women

Is Boldenone (Equipoise) Safe for Women?

When using any anabolic steroids other than Anavar, it’s worth remembering that it could open up the Pandora’s box of potential side effects.

EQ can be risky because of the long ester and irreversible side effects for women. However, it is well tolerated when low doses are applied. To run it, you need to start with a low dose. If the dose is too potent and begins causing masculinizing effects, there is no way to reverse them.

Because of Boldenone’s potential virilization effects, at higher doses there is a risk of a deepening of the voice, facial hair growth, clitoral enlargement and menstrual irregularities. If virilization symptoms are experienced, discontinue the cycle immediately and the symptoms will fade away. When they are ignored, however, they become irreversible.

The best way to handle these risks is to administer much lower doses than men do, starting on typically 50-75 mg per week (complete beginners will want to start on 25 mg per week), keeping in mind the slow acting characteristics of this preparation, which make blood levels difficult to control.

If after 4 weeks this is comfortable and no side effects have manifested, some women may be able to tolerate 75-100 mg per week.

6 Weeks is the preferred length of a cycle – although women who tolerate this hormone well will be able to extend its use to 8 weeks occasionally.
